For those of you in the Chicagoland area, you may have noticed unmarked white cargo vans parked on the side of I-94 or I-294. These harmless looking vans may, in fact, house a radar gun that will take a picture of your license plate as you're flying through the constructuion zones. While I have not yet heard of any cases where the speeders have been mailed a ticket, with the number of drivers violating the 45 MPH speed limit is astounding.
