In United Kingdom North Shropshire residents very soon will go out on the streets with a new
radar gun to help take action against speeding drivers.
Radar gun equipment, including
hand-held police radar guns, has already been bought for them by the police department. Already this Saturday about 15 volunteers will be trained how to use
radar guns and record the speed of vehicles. Speeders could easily face a $158 fine and three points on their license or even be prosecuted in court.
This program was launched the speed traffic was announced to be the number one concern and priority problem in county.
